Due to limited seating, registration is taken on a first come, first serve basis so DON'T DELAY. You can download the registration form here. Payment must accompany completed registration form. Seat confirmation will be based upon "best available" at the time your completed registration and valid method of payment is received. All transactions will be confirmed via post or email confirmation. NO REFUNDS ARE AVAILABLE. Parking is not included in registration and is the responsibility of the attendee. All venues are wheelchair accessible.
