Eleven of the more than 200 participants in TMMK’s Volunteers In Place program were honored recently for donating the highest number of hours to community non-profits this past year.
Since 1994, Toyota Motor Manufacturing, Kentucky (TMMK) has held its SuperRecycling Day to help team members and the community safely dispose of household hazardous waste collecting more than 300 tons during that time. The 2015 SuperRecycling Day will be held on Saturday, May 9, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. in cooperation with the City of Georgetown, Scott County Fiscal Court, and local recycling vendor Green Metals, Inc.
Toyota Motor Sales (TMS), U.S.A., Inc., today reported April 2015 sales of 203,329 units, an increase of 1.8 percent from April 2014 on a volume basis. With the same amount of selling days in April 2015 and April 2014, sales were up 1.8 percent on a daily selling rate (DSR) basis.
