FJ Cruiser Trail Team Visits TMMK
GEORGETOWN, KENTUCKY, (July 25, 2006) — Toyota Motor Sales' FJ Cruiser Trail Team recently visited TMMK affording team members and opportunity to drive the latest edition to the company's SUV lineup. A very rugged course was laid out on the back side of the Georgetown, Kentucky, plant near "trailer city."
Participants were able to drive the vehicles, under the supervision of trail team members, up and down inclines, declines and rubble piles, some of which approached 40 degrees. Team members participating in the event received an FJ Cruiser map case and key chain.
The FJ Cruiser Trail Team has been on tour throughout the U.S. for the past four months promoting the new vehicle with ride and drive events.
